You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for a Return or Refund

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Change of Mind or Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened is okay).
  • A return shipping fee may apply depending on your region.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been heavily used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Final-sale or promotional items
  • Free gifts or samples

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within:

3–7 business days to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns.

Holiday / Christmas Season Notice

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Refund & return processing may take an extra 2–3 business days.
  • Carrier delays are common and not considered product defects.
