SOVASH — Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how to change or cancel these purchases.

1) Subscriptions

Renewals & Billing

  • When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
  • Your payment details are stored securely and you are charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel at any time.

Manage or Cancel

  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.
  • Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.
  • Cancellations apply to future renewals; shipments already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

2) Pre-Orders

Payment Timing

  • A pre-order lets you buy an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.
  • At checkout we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, and then charge the remaining or full amount when the item is ready to ship.

Cancel or Change

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a full or partial refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
